what it wasn’t, by Sad Girl no last name

what it wasn’t

It was not the work that shook me. It was not your work
It was not her presence, immortalized. It was not the work.
It was not the clock that shook me. My eyes were witness to the time pass!
It was not the work that shook me, my heart was witness.

Knowing, now.
It was not her presence, it was not your work. It was not the clock.
It was knowing.
Affect, artless. An empty notebook.
